以盆栽的梭梭和白梭梭为试材,分别使其土壤相对含水量为70%,40%,20%,处理12 d后,测定其相应生理指标。结果表明,随土壤相对含水量的降低,梭梭苗体内叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量比值有所升高,但变化不大,白梭梭体内两种叶绿素含量比值变化也很小;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,在土壤相对含水量为20%时均最高,40%时较低;梭梭和白梭梭体内膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量和膜透性变化一致,均维持在较低水平,土壤相对含水量为40%时膜伤害率最低。结果显示,12 d的水分胁迫对梭梭和白梭梭影响并不大,且土壤相对含水量为40%对梭梭和白梭梭生长较适宜。
The potted Haloxylon ammodendron and Haloxylon ammodendron were used as tested materials to make their relative soil water content 70%, 40%, 20%, respectively. After treatment for 12 days, their corresponding physiological indexes were measured. The results showed that with the decrease of soil relative water content, the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b in Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings increased, but little change, and the change of chlorophyll content ratio in Haloxylon ammodendron was very small. Superoxide dismutase The activities of SOD, CAT and POD were the highest when the relative water content of soil was 20% and the lowest was 40% The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and membrane permeability of peroxidation products were all kept at a low level, and the membrane damage rate was the lowest when the relative water content was 40%. The results showed that water stress at 12 d had no significant effect on Haloxylon ammodendron and Haloxylon ammodendron, and 40% of soil relative water content was more suitable for the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron and Haloxylon ammodendron.
