通过数值模拟,研究了弧形顶板模具结构工艺中激光拼焊板回弹问题的几个关键控制因素:补偿角、托板力和凸凹模间隙等对其弯曲回弹的影响。结果表明,在不同补偿角、托板力和模具间隙的影响下,激光拼焊板具有与光板一致的回弹规律。因此,在设计模具时可以预先在模具结构及工件部位尺寸上采取措施,对激光拼焊板的回弹进行补偿。
By numerical simulation, several key control factors of the springback problem of laser tailor welded plate in the process of curved roof mold structure are studied: the influence of the compensation angle, the force of the pallet and the clearance between the punch and the die on the springback of the tailor welded plate. The results show that under the influence of different compensation angle, pallet force and die clearance, the laser tailor welded plate has the same rebound rule as the light plate. Therefore, in the design of the mold can be pre-mold structure and workpiece size measures taken to compensate for the rebound of the tailor-welded plate.
