老油田集输系统改造管网拓扑优化

针对老油田进入高含水期后集输系统计量站利用率低的问题,综合考虑计量站减站、已建管道回收利用以及新建管道的情况,以总费用最低为目标函数,以井站隶属关系、计量能力、几何位置、压力限制及管径规格为约束,建立集输管网拓扑优化数学模型。针对模型的非线性特点,利用改进的混合遗传模拟退火算法求解并优化井站隶属关系。通过结合目标函数和约束条件的具体物理意义,对约束条件进行处理,使算法更易实现,通过对交叉和变异算子进行改进,提高算法的求解效率。现场应用的优化结果给出了新建管道的规格参数及回收费用,显示了优化模型及算法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of metering station in gathering and transportation system after the old oilfield enters the high water cut period, considering the substations, the reutilization and rebuilding of the built pipeline and the newly built pipeline, taking the total cost as the objective function, , Measurement ability, geometric position, pressure limit and pipe size as the constraints, the establishment of gathering and transportation network topology optimization mathematical model. According to the nonlinear characteristics of the model, an improved mixed genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve and optimize the well station affiliation. By combining the specific physical meaning of the objective function and the constraints, the constraints are processed to make the algorithm easier to implement. By improving the crossover and mutation operators, the efficiency of the algorithm is improved. The optimization result of the field application shows the specifications of the newly built pipeline and the recovery cost, which shows the effectiveness of the optimization model and the algorithm.
