目的:研究复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法:选择胃肠道肿瘤患者229例,给予常规治疗,采用回顾性非随机对照研究方法,依据不同的癌症种类分为2组。其中结直肠癌组132例,研究组63例选择化疗联合使用复方苦参注射液,对照组69例选择单纯化疗;胃癌组97例,研究组45例选择化疗联合使用复方苦参注射液,对照组52例选择单纯化疗。比较各组患者治疗前后血常规(血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞、淋巴细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞百分比)、肝功能(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、结合胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酸转肽酶)、肾功能(血尿素氮、血尿酸、血肌酐)等。结果:与对照组相比,研究组有部分血常规、肝、肾功能指标有所改善,组内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间无差异(P>0.05),但对不同的指标产生的影响程度不同。结论:选择复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤,有助于降低患者因放化疗产生的毒副作用,提高结直肠癌患者的免疫力,但对患者肝功能的恢复并不明显,能一定程度上保护患者的肾功能。
Objective: To study the curative effect of Compound Kushen Injection in Adjuvant Chemotherapy and Chemotherapy for Patients with Gastrointestinal Malignant Tumor. Methods: 229 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were selected for routine treatment. The patients were divided into two groups according to different types of cancer using a retrospective non-randomized controlled study. Conclusion: Choosing compound kushen injection adjuvant chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer will help reduce the toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improve the immunity of patients with colorectal cancer, but the recovery of liver function is not obvious , To a certain extent, protect the patient’s renal function.
