目的建立一种用原子荧光光谱法测定头发中砷的方法。方法头发用硝酸、硫酸、高氯酸等混合酸消解,加入硫脲-抗坏血酸混合液及硼氢化钾,在选定的工作条件下用原子荧光光谱法测定。结果测定值均在标准物质标准值不确定度范围内,相对标准偏差均小于4%。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确度好,适于发砷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The hair was digested with mixed acid such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid and perchloric acid. Thiourea-ascorbic acid mixture and potassium borohydride were added to the hair and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry under the selected working conditions. The results of determination of the value of the standard material within the uncertainty of the standard, the relative standard deviation of less than 4%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of arsenic.
