目的:建立浮小麦药材的质量控制方法。方法:对浮小麦药材的性状鉴别、显微鉴别等方面进行生药学的研究;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对浮小麦中5-二十一烷基间苯二酚进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法建立浮小麦药材中5-二十一烷基间苯二酚的含量测定方法。结果:对浮小麦的性状、显微特征进行了描述;薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,特征性强,重复性好;在选定的高效液相色谱条件下5-二十一烷基间苯二酚同其他成分达到较好的基线分离,5-二十一烷基间苯二酚在129.5~259 0 ng呈良好的线性关系,Y=5 056.5X+201.5(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为101.26%,RSD 1.89%。结论:建立的方法简单易行、重复性好、结果准确,能有效鉴别和评价浮小麦药材,可作为浮小麦药材的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish the quality control method of floating wheat medicinal materials. Methods: Pharmacological studies on the characterization and microscopic identification of floating Chinese medicinal materials were carried out. TLC-TLC was used to identify 5-undecylresorcinol in floating wheat. Determination of 5- undecylresorcinol in floating Chinese medicinal herbs by liquid chromatography. Results: The characters and microscopic features of floating wheat were described. The TLC spots identified by TLC were clear, characterized and had good reproducibility. Under the condition of selected high performance liquid chromatography, 5-hexylundecylbenzene Diphenol achieved good baseline separation with other components. 5-Heptadecylresorcinol showed a good linearity between 129.5 and 2590 ng, Y = 5 056.5X + 201.5 (r = 0.999 9), mean The recovery rate was 101.26% and RSD 1.89%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, reproducible, and accurate. It can effectively identify and evaluate floating Chinese medicinal materials and can be used as quality control method for floating wheat.
