蛇床子是常用中药,具补肾壮阳、平喘、祛虫等功效.同属植物兴安蛇床的果实及蛇床子常见的混淆品野胡萝卜子、窃衣子与蛇床子外形相似,常易混淆.为了更好地加以区别,笔者对它们进行了聚丙烯酰铵凝胶电泳分析,发现电泳谱带明显不同,可供鉴别参考. 一、材料 1.蛇床子:伞形科植物蛇床Cnidiummonnieri(L.)Cuss.的干燥成熟果实,购自上海,产于江苏. 2.兴安蛇床子:伞形科植物兴安蛇床Cnidium dahuricum(Jacq.)Turcz ex Fischet Mey.的干燥成熟果实,采自内蒙古呼盟博克图. 3.野胡萝卜子:伞形科植物野胡萝卜 Cnidium is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, with kidney yang, anti-asthma, aphids and other effects.
