随着国家人事、职称政策的改革和医改的深入,医院人事管理也发生了变化,新时代提出了新的要求。但是,目前在基层医院人事管理中存在着许多问题,不能跟上时代变化的要求,缺乏与时俱进,科学管理机制、现代人事管理意识薄弱等问题。只有建立与时俱进,健全人事管理机制,加强领导综合文化素养,全面推进医院人事管理机制改革,才能更好地保证医院人事管理机制的贯彻实施。笔者从出现的问题入手,阐述了顺应形势适应时代的解决途径,从而更好地保证医院人事管理机制的正常实施。
With the reform of national personnel, professional title policy and the deepening of medical reform, personnel management in the hospital has also changed. New times have put forward new requirements. However, there are many problems in the personnel administration of grass-roots hospitals at present, such as the failure to keep up with the changing requirements of the times, the lack of keeping pace with the times, the scientific management mechanism, and the weak awareness of modern personnel management. Only by establishing the mechanism of advancing with the times, perfecting the personnel management mechanism, strengthening the leadership of comprehensive cultural accomplishment, and comprehensively promoting the reform of the hospital personnel management system can we better ensure the implementation of the hospital personnel management mechanism. The author starts with the problems that arise, and expounds the ways to adapt to the times to adapt to the times so as to better ensure the normal implementation of hospital personnel management mechanism.
