目的:考察不同生长方式及产地、不同采收期益母草中几种微量元素含量的变化,为今后研究益母草的质量与微量元素的关系提供实验依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果:益母草在开花前对5种元素的吸收均比其他时期的相对高些,从开花前到果期,总体上5种元素的吸收量呈增长趋势,益母草对锰有一定富集作用。结论:益母草中各种微量元素的含量高低除与其生长环境中的微量元素含量高低有密切关系外,还与其自身富集这些微量元素的能力大小有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of the contents of trace elements in Leonurus grass collected from different habitats, origins and recoveries, and to provide experimental evidence for the future research on the relationship between Leonurus quality and trace elements. Method: Determination by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: Before the flowering, the concentrations of five elements in the motherwort were all higher than those in the other periods. From the pre-flowering to fruiting stages, the uptake of five elements showed a trend of increase, and motherwort had some enrichment effect on manganese. Conclusion: The content of trace elements in the motherwort is closely related to the content of trace elements in its growth environment, but also relates to its ability to enrich these trace elements.
