目的确立商洛半夏产地加工的干燥工艺,为制订半夏药材生产标准操作规程(SOP)提供数据支撑。方法将新采挖的鲜半夏随机等分为4组,分别采用阴干、晒干、60℃烘干、微波4种方法进行干燥,以半夏出干率、L-左麻黄碱、水溶性浸出物的含量为观察指标,分别测定其有效成分的含量。结果半夏采挖后,洗净,去皮,分别用4种方法干燥,以微波中火3min干燥,半夏出干率、L-左麻黄碱的含量最高。结论生产中半夏药材干燥以微波法为好,既降低劳动强度、节省干燥时间,又提高有效成分含量。
Objective To establish the drying process for the processing of Pinellia ternata in Shangluo and provide data support for the formulation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the production of Pinellia pekinensis. Methods Freshly-harvested Pinellia ternata was randomly divided into four groups and dried by dryness, drying, drying at 60°C, and microwave. Drying rate, L-left ephedrine, water solubility were determined. The content of leachate is the observation index, and the content of its active ingredient is determined. Results After Pinellia extraction, they were washed, peeled, dried by four methods respectively, and dried by microwave for 3 min. The content of Pinellia stem dry and L-left ephedrine were the highest. Conclusion Microwave drying is the best method for drying Pinellia ternata during production. It not only reduces labor intensity, saves drying time, but also increases the content of active ingredients.
