报告１３例肾上腺“意外瘤”，均经手术和病理证实。其中肾上腺皮质腺瘤４例、腺癌３例，嗜铬细胞瘤、肾上腺囊肿各２例，纤维瘤及肾上腺恶性黑色素瘤各１例。该瘤仅在体检或影像学检查时发现，ＣＴ扫描对其有较高的诊断价值。对有功能的肾上腺肿瘤，应首选手术治疗；对无功能的恶性瘤，亦应首选手术，良性者可跟踪观察。 Reported 13 cases of adrenal “accidental tumors” were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Among them, there were 4 adrenal cortical adenomas, 3 adenocarcinomas, 2 pheochromocytomas and adrenal cysts, and 1 fibroid and adrenal malignant melanoma. The tumor was found only on physical examination or imaging examinations, CT scan has a higher diagnostic value. For functional adrenal tumors, surgical treatment should be the first choice; for non-functioning malignant tumors, surgery should be preferred, and benign ones can be followed.
