为研究旋转厚圆柱壳的动力特性 ,采用九结点退化壳体单元有限元法 ,对于壳体达到平衡位置以前的状态 ,采用非线性板壳理论求解 ,然后采用线性理论研究圆柱壳的动力特性。模型中考虑了科氏加速度 ,离心力 ,初应力的影响。分析结果显示旋转厚圆柱壳具有复杂的三维模态 ,旋转速度对不同模态的固有频率的影响不同。该研究为高速离心机、航空发动机等旋转机械中的圆柱壳结构的设计和故障诊断提供了理论依据和分析方法
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a rotating cylindrical shell, a nine-node degenerated shell element method is used to solve the problem that the shell reaches the equilibrium position. The nonlinear shell theory is used to solve the dynamic behavior of the cylindrical shell. . The model considers the influence of Coriolis acceleration, centrifugal force and initial stress. The analysis results show that the rotating cylindrical shell has a complex three-dimensional mode, and the influence of rotational speed on the natural frequencies of different modes is different. The research provides the theoretical basis and analysis method for the design and fault diagnosis of the cylindrical shell structure in high-speed centrifuges, aero-engines and other rotating machinery
