对不对称性格林-巴利综合征1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,60岁。因左侧肢体无力伴双手麻木3d,加重1d入院。发病2周前有腹泻病史。入院3d前突发左侧肢体无力伴双手麻木,无头痛、头晕,无发热。急诊头颅CT示脑萎缩。 One case of asymmetric Guillain-Barre syndrome is analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary male, 60 years old. Due to the left limb weakness with numbness 3d hands, increased 1d admission. History of diarrhea 2 weeks before onset. Sudden left limb before admission 3d weakness with numbness in both hands, no headache, dizziness, no fever. Emergency head CT showed brain atrophy.
