将花椒油分别与浓硫酸、无水甘油、丙二醇等适当反应 ,合成了硫酸化花椒油 (A)、花椒油单甘油酸酯 (B)及花椒油混合单酸酯 (C) ,测定了它们的分散能力、乳化能力、增溶能力及减阻性能 .实验发现 :改性合成产品在增溶、减阻方面表现出了较好的性能 ,相应的摩阻系数为 0 .0 30、0 .0 0 8、0 .0 0 4 ,摩阻系数降低率分别为 81 .3%、95.0 %、97.5% ,但分散和乳化能力相对较差
The prickly ash oil was respectively reacted with concentrated sulfuric acid, anhydrous glycerol and propylene glycol to synthesize the sulfated prickly ash seed oil (A), the prickly ash oil monoglyceride (B) and the prickly ash oil mixed monoacyl ester (C) The dispersibility, the emulsification ability, the solubilization ability and the drag reduction performance of the modified synthetic products were tested.The results showed that the modified synthetic products exhibited good performance in solubilization and drag reduction with the corresponding friction coefficient of 0.030. 0 0 8,0. 0 0 4, the friction coefficient reduction rates were 81.3%, 95.0%, 97.5%, but the dispersion and emulsification ability is relatively poor
