首先要明确的是房地产建设项目的顺利实施离不开流动资金的大力支持,因此该部分资金带来的财务风险较高,加之社会市场经济带来的竞争加剧,整个房地产行业都面临着巨大的压力,所以,要让房地产企业可持续发展下去,必须加强房地产建设项目财务管理,提高住房的质量和相关的经济效益。因此,笔者分析了房地产建设项目的宏观环境以及对房地产建设项目进行财务管理的必要性,发现了房地产建设项目财务管理存在的问题,并以此为基础提出了几点解决策略。
