随城市化的后续推进,中西部地区人口向各自中心大城市的转移不可避免,这些城市的食品需求结构亦随之发生改变。文章界定了人口结构涉及的特征要素,以上海为例,基于两次人口普查,分析了十年来城市人口结构的变迁情况,进而在调查问卷的基础上采用Tobit模型,定量测度了食品需求与人口结构变迁之间的关系。研究发现不同的人口特征确实会对家庭食物消费产生重要影响,相关结论和建议有助于政府调整城市食品供给和引导农业生产对接。
With the further promotion of urbanization, the transfer of population in the central and western regions to the major cities in each area is inevitable. The structure of food demand in these cities also changes. The article defines the characteristic elements involved in population structure. Taking Shanghai as an example, based on two censuses, this paper analyzes the changes of urban population structure over the past 10 years. Based on the questionnaire, Tobit model is used to quantitatively measure the relationship between food demand and population Relationship between structural changes. The study found that different demographic characteristics do have a significant impact on household food consumption. Relevant conclusions and recommendations can help the government adjust the urban food supply and guide agricultural production docking.
