目的 :观察磁处理党参、白术药液对胃蛋白酶活性的影响。方法 :用麦特 (Mett)氏法比较正常对照组 ,非磁处理党参、白术药液组与磁处理党参、白术药液组的胃蛋白酶活性。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,磁处理党参、白术药液组有显著提高胃蛋白酶活性的作用 (p <0 .0 1 ) ;与非磁处理药液组比较 ,磁处理药液组也都有提高胃蛋白酶活性的作用 (p <0 .0 5及p <0 .0 1 )。结论 :磁处理党参、白术药液可提高胃蛋白酶活性
Objective : To observe the effects of magnetic treatment of Dangshen and Baizhu medicinal liquid on pepsin activity. METHODS: The pepsin activity of non-magnetic treated Dangshen and Baizhu medicinal liquid group and magnetic treatment of Dangshen and Baizhu medicinal liquid group were compared by using Mett’s method. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the magnetic treatment of Dangshen and Baizhu medicinal liquid group had a significant increase in pepsin activity (p < 0.01); compared with the non-magnetic treatment liquid group, the magnetic treatment liquid group also had Increased pepsin activity (p<0.05 and p<0.01). Conclusion: Magnetic treatment of Codonopsis pilosula and Atractylodis radix can increase pepsin activity
