以钾长石与碳酸钠焙烧的熟料为原料,经水热法合成13X型分子筛。进一步经溶胶-凝胶化过程在13X分子筛上负载TiO2以制备TiO2/13X,并利用XRD、FTIR、SEM和EDS等对其结构与性能进行表征。将13X和TiO2/13X用于催化脂肪氧化,测定氧化脂肪的过氧化值、p-茴香胺值和酸值,并以总氧化值和p-茴香胺值作为反应转化率和选择性的评价参数,考察了催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,Ti/13X催化脂肪氧化的转化率和选择性都远高于13X。此外,还研究了催化反应条件如温度、时间、空气流量等对催化反应的影响。
Using feldspar and sodium carbonate roasted clinker as raw material, 13X molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal method.
