选用CTS-22型普通超声波探伤仪配合斜探头进行横波扫查探伤,受检区域为管体加厚、对接焊缝和台阶处,利用一次和二次反射波扫描,达到检测钻杆端区加厚部分的探伤目的。该方法对检测钻杆中存在的裂纹、机械损伤等缺陷效果较好,灵敏度高。华北油田所属作业区采用超声波检测方法后,钻具失效现象大幅减少,降低了钻井成本,保证了油气田的开发效益。
