巨核细胞白血病是急性白血病中一种少见、特殊的类型.按FAB(法-美一英)协作组分类为M7.近年来随着对巨核细胞超微细胞化学及免疫细胞化学的深入研究,诊断技术在不断改进与提高,对巨核细胞白血病的认识逐渐加深,本病已不再是罕见白血病.我们在工作中见到了9例M7患者,现对其临床、实验室资料及治疗情况分析如下,并将其有关问题作进一步探讨.
