16Mn钢是我国重要的高强度低合金钢。控制轧制是使热轧中厚板晶粒细化,性能强韧化的有效工艺和主要途径。形变再结晶规律j44是制定控制轧制工艺参数的基本依据之一。因此,16Mn钢形变再结晶规律的试验研究对中厚板生产采用控制轧制工艺,提高其强度和韧性,改善综合性能,有重要的理论指导意义,技术参考价值和实际经济意义。欧美各国致力于含Nb、V、Ti的微合金钢控制轧制工艺及其机理的研究,特别是对于形变,再结晶,碳氮化物的沉淀析出,相变,亚结构和织构等微观变化机理及其相互作用关系,各组织和工艺因素对性能的影响,进行了大量深入的试验研究,与此同时,日本还研究了低碳C—Mn钢的形变再结晶规律,对16Mn钢有一定参考价值。国内近年来开展控制轧制试验研究,曾进行了低碳碳素船板钢4C,微合金钢09MnNb等钢种的形变再结晶试验,而16Mn钢的这项基础研究试验,在国内尚无人涉足。为此,武钢钢研所,轧板厂和北京钢研院共同进行了这项试验研究,获得了16Mn钢形变再结晶的定量变化规律及其对转变后组织的影响规律。
