~(211)At标记的抗人胃癌单克隆抗体3H_(11)对裸小鼠人胃癌移植瘤的生长在短期内有明显抑制作用。治疗后第9天药物对人胃癌生长的抑制作用最为明显~(211)At—3H_(11)(5μCi/只)对人胃癌的抑制率:尾静脉给药为80%,胃癌移植瘤内给药为93%,相同剂量的离子型~(211)At尾静脉给药对胃癌的抑制率为48%.第20天处死动物时~(211)At—3H_(11)尾静脉和肿瘤内给药的抑制率分别是66%和81%,离子型~(211)At尾静脉给药的抑制率为6%,抑制作用明显下降。
The ~(211)At labeled anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibody 3H_(11) significantly inhibited the growth of human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice in the short term. On the 9th day after treatment, the inhibitory effect of the drug on human gastric cancer growth was the most significant. (211)At- 3H 11 (5μCi/only) The inhibitory rate of human gastric cancer: tail vein administration was 80%. The drug was 93%, and the inhibition rate of gastric cancer was 48% in the same dose of ionic ~211At tail vein administration. The 211At@3H11 tail vein and tumor were given when the animals were sacrificed on the 20th day. The inhibitory rates of the drugs were 66% and 81%, respectively, and the inhibitory rate of ionic ~21 AtAt tail vein administration was 6%, and the inhibitory effect was significantly decreased.
