首先分析了龙滩水库的防洪效果,然后综合考虑各方面因素制定了防洪效果最优的大藤峡水库防洪调度方式,并通过调洪演算分析了大藤峡水利枢纽15亿m3防洪库容所能达到的最大防洪能力.结果表明,大藤峡15亿m3防洪库容基本可以满足“将梧州100年一遇洪水削减为50年一遇,兼顾削减梧州其他类型100年一遇以上洪水”的核心防洪目标,同时对于桂平、平南和藤县县城的防洪作用可以做到将30~50年一遇洪水基本削减到30年一遇,大部分削减到20年一遇以下.
