〔摘 要〕本文通过对传统图书馆文化的解读，从物质、精神、制度、行为等角度分析了图书馆文化的构成要素。接着阐述了高校图书馆与校园文化的关系，并探讨新时期高校图书馆文化建设的策略和原则。

〔Abstract〕By interpreting the traditional library culture，the paper has analyzed the composing elements of library culture from several points of view，such as material，spirit，system and behavior.Then the paper has elaborated on the relation between the university library and campus culture，and discussed the strategy and principle in the construction of university library culture in the new period.
