为了获得抗真菌病的番茄材料 ,采用农杆菌介导法将细菌几丁质酶基因转化番茄子叶 ,获得了抗卡那霉素的转化植株 ,PCR检测初步证明细菌几丁质酶基因已整合到番茄的基因组 .同时对番茄耐 Kan水平、转化受体的预培养以及共培后洗涤抑菌进行了研究 .结果表明 :卡那霉素质量浓度为 5 0 m g/ L 时就能完全抑制番茄子叶再生 ;共培后直接用抑菌剂洗涤的抑菌效果较好 ;番茄子叶预培养 1d的转化率最高
In order to obtain the antifungal tomato material, the bacterial chitinase gene was transformed into the tomato cotyledon by Agrobacterium-mediated method, and the transformed plant resistant to kanamycin was obtained.
