针对外螺纹中径测量的特点和难点,提出了对外螺纹中径测量的一种非接触式测量的新型方法,主要包括激光的测量及应用、光栅位移检测、机械结构精密设计和计算机数据处理等。该系统中激光检测的精度可达2μm,光栅位移检测精度可达1μm。该测量装置可以满足大多数外螺纹中径测量的要求,可以有效避免接触式测量外螺纹中径时因测量方式引起的变形问题。详细阐述了测量系统的组成、测量方法、激光测量器的工作原理、数据算法、处理及误差分析等。
Aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of measuring the diameter of external thread, a new method of non-contact measurement of external diameter is put forward, which mainly includes the measurement and application of laser, grating displacement detection, mechanical structure precision design and computer data processing . The laser detection accuracy of the system up to 2μm, grating displacement detection accuracy up to 1μm. The measuring device can meet the requirements of most external thread diameter measurement, which can effectively avoid the deformation problem caused by the measurement mode when the external diameter of the external thread is measured by contact.
