本文详细介绍了一种土压平衡盾构上穿既有运营地铁隧道的施工思路。针对技术难点,主要通过提前规划试验段掘进、超前策划开仓换刀、地质盲区雷达探测、掘进过程精细化管理、运营隧道内自动化监测等方法进行全方位的施工控制,最终高效、安全、顺利的完成了上穿,且同时实现了地表沉降控制在5mm以内,既有运营隧道变形控制在3mm以内,达到了盾构近距离上穿既有运营隧道的国际先进水平。
