河北省邯郸地区磁县申家庄煤矿,现有职工2047人,固定资产总额1336万元,设计年产原煤9万t,由于我们改革采煤工艺,大上高档普采,产量不断增加,使煤矿年产达到21万t,1987年8月～1988年9月,采煤26.36万t。机采与炮采相比,工作面单产由0.7万t/月上升到1.88万t/月,增长1.69倍,最高工作面单产达到2.9222万t/月;回采工效率由原来的2.2t/工提高到5.17t/工,增长1.35倍,最高工效达到5.39t/工;比原来节约坑木286.35m~3,为国家多创造价值326.87万元。其具体做法是:
