目的了解高校大学生的急救技能知晓情况及施救意向。方法采用分层便利抽样方法选取延边地区某综合大学7个医学与非医学专业在校生475名进行急救技能(心肺复苏术、海姆利克急救法及外伤处理)知晓率及施救意向的问卷调查。结果研究对象对心肺复苏术、海姆利克急救法及外伤处理等急救技能的总体知晓率依次为14.9%、9.5%及11.6%,除心肺复苏术中“判断意识状态”知晓率在2组大学生之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他项目医学专业学生知晓率显著高于非医学专业学生(P<0.01);研究对象获得急救技能知识的途径由高到低依次为电视、互联网、学校课程及书籍;74.5%的研究对象有施救意向。结论大学生的急救技能掌握情况偏低且不全面,学生获得急救技能的主要途径为媒体,但学生有较高的施救意向,学校应加强开展针对大学生的全面、系统的急救技能培训,从而满足高校大学生获得急救技能的需求。
Objective To understand college students’ first aid skills awareness and rescue intention. Methods A stratified and convenient sampling method was used to select a questionnaire from 475 medical and non-medical students in Yanbian area to investigate the awareness rate and rescue intent of 475 first aid skills (CPR, Hemlik emergency and trauma treatment) . Results The overall awareness rate of first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Hemlik emergency and traumatic injury were 14.9%, 9.5% and 11.6% respectively, except for the awareness of “state of mind” in cardiopulmonary resuscitation There was no significant difference between the group of college students (P> 0.05), but the awareness rate of other medical students was significantly higher than that of non-medical majors (P <0.01). The way of getting knowledge of first aid skills from high to low was TV, Internet, school curricula and books; 74.5% of the respondents have the intention to rescue. Conclusions There is a low and incomplete grasp of first aid skills for college students. The main way for students to obtain first aid skills is the media. However, students have a high intention to rescue. Schools should strengthen their comprehensive and systematic first aid skills training for college students so as to satisfy The Requirement of College Students to Acquire First Aid Skills.
