目的:调查来宾市妇幼保健院2011年门诊抗菌药物使用情况,对不合理用药情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽查该院2011年1月至2011年12月门诊处方25 260张,按照卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的要求,对抗菌药物处方进行统计分析,内容包括抗菌药物的品种、处方比例、给药途径、不合理用药情况等。结果:门诊抗菌药物处方比例为29.98%(7 572/25 260)。7 572张抗菌药物处方中,抗菌药物单用占89.70%,二联使用占10.30%,无三联使用处方;口服占78.33%,注射占21.04%,外用占0.63%;不合理处方1 287张,占17.00%。结论:该院2011年门诊抗菌药物处方比例高于卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》规定的标准,且存在不合理用药情况,提示应采取有效干预措施,促进门诊合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective: To investigate the use of antibacterials in outpatient clinics in Laibin MCH hospital in 2011, to analyze the irrational drug use and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: 25 260 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from January 2011 to December 2011 in the hospital. According to the “Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antibacterial Drugs” issued by the Ministry of Public Health, the “Circular on Issues Related to the Administration of Clinical Applications of Antibacterial Drugs” and the “ Management practices (Trial) ”requirements for statistical analysis of antibacterial drugs prescriptions, including antimicrobial varieties, prescription ratio, route of administration, irrational use of drugs and so on. Results: The outpatient antibacterial prescription ratio was 29.98% (7 572/25 260). Among 7 572 antibacterials, antibacterials accounted for 89.70% in single use and 10.30% in dual use. There was no triple prescription. Oral administration accounted for 78.33%, injection accounted for 21.04%, topical application accounted for 0.63%, unfavorable prescriptions 1 287, Accounting for 17.00%. Conclusion: The prescription rate of outpatient antibacterial drugs in 2011 was higher than the standard prescribed by the Ministry of Public Health in Guiding Principles of Clinical Application of Antibacterials and the Circular on Issues Related to the Management of Clinical Application of Antibacterials, and there was an irrational use of drugs, suggesting that it should be taken Effective interventions to promote the rational use of antimicrobials clinics.
