目的 了解畸变耳声发射听力图反应幅值的稳定性和变异性。方法 选择听力正常青年人 36例 70耳 ,在一个月测试周期内 ,用二种初始音 (L1=L2 =70dBSPL和L1=L2 =5 5dBSPL)进行三次DPOAE测试 ,时间分别为第一周、第二周、第四周。结果 DPOAE总检出率为 10 0 % ,L1=L2 =5 5dBSPL各频率点初始音检出率比L1=L2=5 5dBSPL低 ,以 0 .75~ 2kHz段检出率高 ,三次DPOAE反应幅值相对稳定 ,虽有很大的个体差异性 ,但不影响幅值重复测试的变异性。当初始音从 70dBSPL减到 5 5dBSPL时 ,DPOAE幅值也相应减少而变异性增加 ,绝对性增加变异小于 1.5dBSPL。结论 DPOAE的幅值在高频区及 0 .75kHz以下的低频区变异较大 ,重复测试结果及差异可能受测试设备及测试参数、环境噪声、中耳状态等因素的影响
Objective To understand the stability and variability of the amplitude of the distorted otoacoustic emissions audiogram. Methods Thirty-six ears (70 ears) with normal hearing were selected. Three DPOAE tests were performed with two initial sounds (L1 = L2 = 70dBSPL and L1 = L2 = 55dBSPL) in the first month, Two weeks, the fourth week. Results The detection rate of DPOAE was 100%. L1 = L2 = 55dBSPL. The detection rate of initial sound at each frequency was lower than that of L1 = L2 = 55dBSPL. The detection rate of DPOAE was high at 075 ~ 2kHz. Relatively stable value, although a great individual differences, but does not affect the amplitude of repeated testing of variability. When the initial tone is reduced from 70 dBSPL to 55 dBSPL, the magnitude of DPOAE is reduced and the variability is increased, and the absolute increase in variation is less than 1.5 dB SPL. Conclusion The amplitude of DPOAE varies greatly in high frequency region and low frequency region below 0. 75kHz. The results of repeated measurement and the differences may be affected by the test equipment, test parameters, environmental noise and middle ear condition
