随着我国社会经济的不断发展,尤其是十八大以后,在我国党中央和政府确定市场在经济发展中的决定性作用的环境下,我国煤炭企业要想转变生产经营方式,不断提升企业的核心竞争力,就必须实施以市场化精细管理为核心的管理方式,从而全面提升煤矿基层区队的管理水平。本文就以市场化精细管理为核心,全面提升煤矿基层区队管理水平来进行一些浅显的探讨和分析,希望可以为提升我国广大煤炭企业的煤矿基层区队的管理水平提供一些有益的帮助和建议。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, especially after the 18th CPC National Congress, under the environment in which the party Central Committee and the government of our country determine the decisive role of the market in economic development, the coal enterprises in our country want to change the mode of production and operation so as to continuously upgrade the core of the enterprise Competitiveness, we must implement a market-based management of fine management as the core, so as to enhance the management level of grass-roots team in coal mines. This article will take market-based fine management as the core, and comprehensively enhance the grass-roots level of the team management level to carry out some simple discussion and analysis, I hope we can enhance the majority of coal-based coal mine grassroots team management level to provide some helpful and suggestions .
