运用荟萃分析归纳与演绎等方法,根据近年来国内、外运动干预对肥胖症患者心脏结构和功能影响的实证研究,对不同运动强度、运动项目、持续时间的有氧运动锻炼和有氧结合抗阻练习对脂肪心、心肌肥大和心功能的变化特点及其影响机制进行了综述。结果显示:不同程度的肥胖症患者都存在心脏结构适应性或病理性改变,左室舒张和收缩功能受损或降低;运动干预可以减少心包膜和心肌脂质含量、降低肥胖相关性心脏病的发生率;运动干预可能通过血流动力学变化、高血压调节、血脂代谢、心肌细胞的能量代谢、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗改变、脂肪因子调节等机制逆转肥胖症患者左室肥大和受损的心功能。
