兰兴煤矿2201工作面是为回收旧房式开采所遗留的煤柱而设计的,条件相当复杂,为了能安全高效回采,经过理论分析和现场调研建立旧采区赋存状态模型,并运用有限元分析软件FLAC3D对旧采区复采进行数值模拟,对工作面回采过程中围岩应力分布情况进行分析研究,结果表明:载荷随工作面推进向前方煤柱内转移,采动影响范围为30~36 m,开挖煤柱内支承压力呈升高-降低-升高分布趋势,出煤柱及过空巷时应力集中明显,矿压显现强烈,应采取提前支护管理措施。
The face of 2201 in Lanxing Coal Mine is designed for the recovery of pillars left by the old-style mining. The conditions are quite complicated. In order to be able to safely and efficiently recover, the existing state model of old mining area is established through theoretical analysis and field investigation. Meta-analysis software FLAC3D is used to simulate mining recovery in the old mining area. The stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the process of mining face recovery is analyzed. The results show that the load is transferred from the working face to the front coal pillar and the mining influence range is 30 ~ 36 m, the supporting pressure in the excavation coal pillar presents a tendency of increasing - decreasing - increasing. The stress concentration is obvious when the coal pillar and the emptying lane are clear, and the mine pressure appears strongly. Therefore, the support measures should be taken in advance.
