应用单室扩散释药装置,采用高效液相色谱方法定量测定,对中药丹参两种有效成分丹参素和原儿茶醛进行了离休鼠皮透过实验研究。结果表明,丹参素和原儿茶醛均可透过鼠皮,其累积透过量随透皮时间延长而增加,加入透皮促进剂月桂氮酮后,透皮效果明显增强。
Single-chamber diffusion drug delivery device was used for quantitative determination by high-performance liquid chromatography. The experimental study on the rat skin penetration of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes, two active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, was conducted. The results showed that Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes could penetrate the rat skin, and the cumulative permeation volume increased with the prolongation of transdermal time. After adding the transdermal enhancer, the transdermal effect was significantly enhanced.
