Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics and incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Fuyang City and provide basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The monitoring data from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed. Results From 2001 to 2005, all the counties (cities and districts) in the city had the highest morbidity rate in Yingzhou District (1.35 / 100000) and the lowest incidence in Yingshang County (0.54 / 100000). The annual incidence rate The average incidence was 0.93 / 100000 in 2001, the highest incidence of 1.48 / 100000, the lowest incidence in 2005 was 0.67 / 100000. The peak incidence in winter, the peak month advance from December to November, the number of incidence in November accounted for 17.33% of the total; spring onset increased. The incidence of all age groups, the maximum age of 76 years, the youngest age of 3 years, 26 to 60 years of age group accounted for 69.80%, mainly farmers, but the incidence showed a downward trend year by year, more men than women, 2.66: 1. The annual average density of indoor mouse was 4.70%. The dominant species was Mus musculus, accounting for 63.13%. The outdoor rat density was 3.96%, mainly Apodemus agrarius, accounting for 72.86%. The indoor and outdoor rat lung virulence rate With an average of 2.33% and 5.18% respectively. In 2005, the indoor and outdoor rat lung virulence rates were 7.41% and 7.41% respectively. Conclusions The incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Fuyang City is decreasing year by year. In 2005, the virulence rate of lungs and the density of rats in the wild were significantly increased. It is necessary to further monitor the epidemic situation between humans and mice.
