合成了聚硅硼氧烷阻燃剂,并研究了聚硅硼氧烷的分子结构对其阻燃性能的影响,应用热分析(TGA)研究了PC/聚硅硼氧烷复合体系的热降解过程。具有线形结构Si-O链且有机侧基既有苯基又有甲基的聚硅硼氧烷的阻燃性能最好,在PC中添加质量分数5%的这种聚硅硼氧烷能使PC的LOI(LimitedOxygenIndex)从26%提高到41%。研究发现,在PC中添加聚硅硼氧烷可促进PC复合材料在燃烧过程中炭层的形成,然而,PC/聚硅硼氧烷LOI值的变化趋势与其热降解残渣量的变化趋势不完全一致,热降解残渣量最高的样品,其LOI值并不是最高的。
The polyborosiloxane flame retardant was synthesized and the influence of the molecular structure of polyborosiloxane on the flame retardancy was studied. The thermal degradation (PCD) of PC / polyborosiloxane composite was studied by thermal analysis (TGA) process. Polysilicone having linear structure of Si-O chain and having both organic and pendant phenyl and methyl groups has the best flame retardancy. The addition of 5% PC’s LOI (LimitedOxygenIndex) increased from 26% to 41%. It was found that the addition of polyborosilicate to PC can promote the formation of carbon layer during the combustion of PC composites. However, the change trend of PC / polyborosiloxane LOI value and its thermal degradation residue are not completely Consistent, the highest thermal degradation residue samples, the LOI value is not the highest.
