目的建立运用顶空-气相色谱法同时测定生物样品中甲醇、乙醇含量的方法。方法对生物样品进行顶空处理,取1.00 mL顶空气体进样,选择GDX-102柱进行色谱分离,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果本方法检测血液样品甲醇相对标准偏差2.32%~5.28%,乙醇相对标准偏差2.29%~6.15%。不同生物样品在0.2 mg~1.0 mg添加范围内甲醇加标回收率92.0%~105%,乙醇加标回收率92.00%~102.00%。结论采用本方法同时检测检测生物样品中甲醇、乙醇的含量具有快速、准确、灵敏度高的特点,并适宜于推广、应用。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of methanol and ethanol in biological samples by headspace-gas chromatography. Methods Headspace treatment of biological samples, take 1.00 mL headspace gas injection, select GDX-102 column chromatography, retention time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results The relative standard deviation of methanol in blood samples was 2.32% -5.28% and the relative standard deviation of ethanol was 2.29% ~ 6.15%. The recoveries of methanol in different biological samples ranged from 92.0% to 105% in the range of 0.2 mg to 1.0 mg, and the recoveries of ethanol in the range of 92.00% to 102.00%. Conclusion The simultaneous detection of methanol and ethanol in biological samples by this method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for popularization and application.
