文章通过对中国农村卫生人力资源配置现状中存在的卫生资源总量不足、配置不合理、使用效率低等问题进行分析,思考城市退休卫生技术人员到农村地区支援当地医疗卫生工作的可行性。
The paper analyzes the existing problems of inadequate allocation of health resources, unreasonable allocation and low utilization efficiency in the current situation of the distribution of human resources in rural China and considers the feasibility of urban retired health technicians in supporting rural medical and health work in rural areas.
