研究了胰磷脂酶A2(phospholipaseA2,PLA2)对大鼠血脑屏障(BloodBrainBarriet.BBB)通透性的影响,同时用蛇毒PLA2作比较;用伊文氏蓝(Evan'sBlue,EB)示踪,肉眼和切片观察脑组织EB蓝染情况,作为BBB通透性增高的一般指示剂。结果表明,当血中PLA2达一定浓度、作用一定时间后动物脑组织出现EB颗粒,且其密度和范围随该酶浓度的增加而不断扩大、加深,对照组动物脑组织则未见蓝染;同样浓度的蛇毒PLA2作用强于胰PLA2。
The effect of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) on the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BloodBrain Barriet.BBB) in rats was studied. At the same time, PLA2 was compared with snake venom and traced with Evan’s Blue (EB). The EB-blue staining of brain tissue was observed as a general indicator of increased BBB permeability. The results showed that EB particles appeared in brain tissue after a certain concentration of PLA2 in the blood for a certain period of time, and the density and range of the EB particles increased and deepened with the increase of the enzyme concentration. No blue staining was found in the brain tissue of the control animals. The same concentration of venom PLA2 is stronger than pancreatic PLA2.
