根据中央、省市的有关要求,结合实际,潍坊市奎文区编办积极进行制度创新,先后出台了32项机构编制管理制度,积极推进机构编制管理法制化进程。一、加强自身建设,夯实工作基础一是明确岗位职责,增强服务意识。健全完善了《首问责任制》、《限时办结制》、《服务承诺制》等工作制度,对服务内容和服务事项公开承诺办结时限,严格责任追究制度,这些制度明确了各岗位的职责任务,增强了全体人员的服务意识,规范了行政行为,提高了依法行政水平。
