通过对高速公路机电系统缺陷责任期维护需求的分析,结合高速公路机电系统野外设备多、沿高速公路分布以及系统规模较大的特点,设计和开发了一套建立在可靠性设计理论基础上、符合ISO9000管理体系要求的机电系统管理和维护系统,实现了基于过程控制结点的可视化工作平台,建立了基础数据库、维护过程数据、故障记录数据的关联与系统故障特征提取。实际应用效果表明该管理系统能够大大提高高速公路机电系统管理与维护的效率,实现故障数据统计、分析的自动化,并计算出设备和产品的阶段故障率,使得工程项目的质量控制更具有科学性及可操作性。
