介绍了本所近年来利用慈竹制化学机械浆的中试过程和竹材化机浆的主要物理性能,用竹材化机浆配抄出各项指标达到牛皮挂面箱纸板B级标准的纸板产品。竹材CTMP废水与木材CTMP废水相比,有三大差异:①木材CTMP吨浆产生的COD一般在100~270kg;对竹材CTMP工艺,吨浆产生的COD达301kg之多,后者比前者的COD发生量大约高50%。②竹材CTMP废水中氨氮含量高,达500mg·L-1以上,在生化处理废水时,不需加微生物生长需要的营养盐氮。③竹材CTMP废水中的硫的含量很低,这有利于用厌氧处理时取得良好的净化效果。采用厌氧-好氧-物理混凝组合技术处理后,可使竹材化机浆废水达到新的国家排放标准(GB3544-2008)。
In this paper, we introduced the pilot process and the main physical properties of bamboo pulp using CMP machine in recent years. The paperboard products with indexes of grade B reached the standard of grade Baking paperboard were prepared by using bamboo pulp machine. Bamboo CTMP wastewater compared with wood CTMP wastewater, there are three major differences: ① wood CTMP tons of pulp produced COD is generally 100 ~ 270kg; bamboo CTMP process, tons of COD generated by the pulp up to 301kg, the latter than the former COD occurred About 50% higher. ② bamboo CTMP wastewater high ammonia content, up to 500mg · L-1 above, in the biochemical treatment of wastewater, do not need to add nutrients required for microbial growth nitrogen. ③ bamboo CTMP wastewater sulfur content is very low, which is conducive to use anaerobic treatment to achieve good purification effect. After using anaerobic - aerobic - physical coagulation combined technology, bamboo pulp machine wastewater can reach the new national emission standards (GB3544-2008).
