作者报道了用氩离子激光治疗2例多发性血管角皮瘤患者.病例1,女性,18岁,右大腿外侧出现广泛的局限性血管角皮瘤7年,膝、小腿部亦有少量皮疹,皮疹为红或黑色的疣状血疹,直径2～5mm,沿大腿成簇分布.与表浅静脉曲张无关.其母亲指背患有Mibelli型血管角皮瘤.病理检查显示为典型的血管角皮瘤.初应用电灼治疗,于治疗中及其后36小时有明显出血,愈后并有疤痕形成,乃试用氩离子激光治疗数处皮损.治疗时局部麻醉,激光功率为0.9W,脉冲持续时间0.2秒,由光纤输出.治疗中和治疗后无出血,
The authors reported the use of argon ion laser in the treatment of 2 patients with multiple angioma. Case 1, female, 18 years old, with extensive localized vascular keratectomy on the outside of the right thigh for 7 years, and a small amount of rash on the knee and lower leg. The skin rash was red or black scablike erythematous, 2 to 5 mm in diameter, distributed in clusters along the thigh. It had nothing to do with superficial varicose veins. The mother’s finger was suffering from Mibelli’s type of vascular keratectomy. Histopathological examination showed typical blood vessels. Early use of electrocautery for treatment of epicanlioma. Hemorrhage occurred during and 36 hours after treatment. There was scar formation after healing. It was a trial of argon ion laser treatment of several lesions. Local anesthesia for treatment, laser power was 0.9W. , Pulse duration 0.2 seconds, output by fiber. No bleeding after treatment and after treatment,
