将空间凸轮的圆柱(或圆锥)面展开,按平面凸轮轮廓曲线的设计方法求得展开轮廓曲线坐标,获得二维的凸轮轮廓曲线。基于SolidWorks中的包覆特征,以平面轮廓曲线为草图准确地将曲线包覆还原在圆柱(或圆锥)面上,以此建立空间凸轮机构的三维模型。以直动从动件摆动运动规律的圆柱凸轮机构为例说明建模的实现过程。
The cylindrical (or conical) surface of the space cam is unfolded. According to the design method of the planar cam contour curve, the coordinate of the unfolding profile curve is obtained to obtain the two-dimensional cam profile curve. Based on the coating features in SolidWorks, the three-dimensional model of the space cam mechanism is established by accurately restoring the curve on the surface of the cylinder (or cone) with the flat contour curve as a sketch. The realization of the modeling process is illustrated by taking the cylindrical cam mechanism of the linear movement of the driven follower as an example.
