中国汽车行业在经历爆发式生长后,逐步进入调整期。大规模地兴建新厂区之外,实行收购原有汽车厂并改扩建的做法,渐渐盛行。二次规划建造成本低、周期短、生产力扩容迅速,然而,对工艺物流综合比选、新建筑崛起和新旧建筑关系梳理等方面却是一种挑战。以大通汽车生产基地为例,在旧有的无锡汇众汽车厂基地上改建,从一个建筑师的角度来思考和完成厂区规划和建筑物更新的研究。
After experiencing explosive growth in China’s automobile industry, China gradually entered the adjustment period. Large-scale construction of new plant outside the implementation of the acquisition of the original car plant and expansion of the practice, gradually prevailed. However, the comprehensive comparison and selection of process logistics, the rise of new buildings and the combing of old and new buildings are a challenge. Taking Chase Automobile Production Base as an example, the project was rebuilt on the existing base of Wuxi Huizhong Automobile Factory. From an architect’s point of view, the project planning and building renewal research was completed.
