铬是能引起职业中毒和肺癌的一种生产性毒物,但铬在体内会影响糖及脂肪代谢,是为机体必需的金属之一。我们在有关机体内铬的存在形态的研究中发现投与铬的动物肝脏、血液及尿中存在特异的铬结合物质。吉川博等也报道了投与铬的动物肝脏中存在特异的低分子铬结合物质。为了弄清这种特异的低分子铬结合物质的生理意义,我们从投与铬的动物肝脏分离精制了特异的低分子铬结合物
