班组是企业的细胞,是安全管理的最小单位,班组成员大多数处于生产第一线,接触危险、危害的概率也最高。但一些班组安全会议质量不高,甚至开成了生产布置会或者放松谈天会。安全会的内容“跑”了题,不能真正达到增强职工安全意识的目的。为克服班组职工安全学习的厌烦心理和走过场现象,笔者从实际工作中有以下几点体会: Team is the cell business unit, is the smallest unit of safety management, team members most of the production line, the risk of exposure, the highest probability of harm.
