为探索食物中毒的发生规律及特点,找出发生食物中毒的因素,为有效地预防食物中毒提供科学依据,现将我市1983~1998年食物中毒情况分析报告如下。1 资料来源 资料来源于1983~1998年温岭市食物中毒季、年报表。2 结果与分析2.1 食物中毒概况1983~1998年我市共发生食物中毒26起,中毒人数为835人,年均发病率为4.74/10万;死亡10人,年均死亡率为0.06/10万,年均病死率为1.20%。其中1986年发生食物中毒起数最多,占总起数的15.38%(4/26);中毒人数以1992年最多,占总中毒人数的31.74%(265/835);死亡人数以1988年最多,为5例。
