企业家创业机会感知是创业过程最难识别的部分。本文认为,企业家创业机会感知是企业家与其社会关系网络、先前经验知识与机会成本互动的信息搜集分析过程,遵循发现原始创业主意、获得潜在创业机会、做出创立企业决策的逻辑进程,对应于信息存量——理性深度、市场需求——产品或服务、创业机会价值——机会成本三种匹配关系;企业家资源禀赋与创业机会异质性的交互作用导致了微观层次创业行为的异质性。
Entrepreneurial entrepreneurial opportunity perception is the hardest part of the entrepreneurial process.
